AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
I. To catalyse and make available a forum for Indian citizens and NRIs to share, support and strengthen sustainable development in India.
II. To act as a catalyst in promoting economic development and welfare for all, especially the marginalized and weaker sections of the society including women, children, scheduled castes, and tribes, disabled, and physically challenged (if and as permitted by law) and to act, independently or jointly with other institution, as a distributor of any product brought for the welfare of society like insurance, microfinance or saving link products:
III. To act as a clearing house for economic, scientific, and technical cooperation on subjects contributing to sustainable development.
IV. To inform, educate and make people become aware of the values of cooperation.
V. To create a mechanism for advocacy, legal aid and information services on common causes and issues affecting human future.
VI. To undertake, facilitate, organise, or cause to organise training courses, conferences, seminars, workshops, lecturers, and other educational opportunities for those involved in, and concerned with, human welfare.
VII. To associate, join hands, amalgamate, take over, run, supervise, authorise, any other charitable entity/ agency carrying out the same/ similar charitable activities/ trust(s)/ societies, NGO's, etc.
VIII. To make provisions for imparting education, job creation, vocational training, handicraft, financing for micro, small and medium business(s) for promotion of the local economy of an area,
IX. To charge any reasonable fees, rent, charge or otherwise from any person(s), for their use, for the outlay and expenses incurred or to be incurred in upkeep and maintenance of institutions established or about to be established under the present Trust deed.
X. To receive and maintain fund or funds and to administer and apply the income and principal thereof for the furtherance of the objects of the Trust.
XI. To take up any other activities as deemed appropriate towards public interest, such as promoting people with nation-building interest and popularising them by the distribution of their public information as and when decided by the Trustees.
XII. Whole income/s of the Trust and Institutions run by the Trust shall be utilised towards the promotion of the aims and objects of the Trust only. The Trust has been formed and established to do all acts that may promote welfare activities in India, including related and all other incidental or ancillary activities throughout the Union of India.
OUR INITIATIVE:
The forum has launched a website portal at “tirangaspeaks.com” to publish news, articles, proposals, and promotional advertisements for public awareness.
Charter of Demands
1. Enforce an effective and strict population control act.
2. No eligibility for contesting any election and to vote for those having more than two children.
3 No voter rights for non-high school citizens.
4 Eliminate the words “Dalit” , “Pichhda”, “Anusoochit” , “Janjati” , “Adiwasi” , “Scheduled caste” which represent a sense of casteism in our system.
5 Declared a serious crime on cast based discriminating acts and behaviour.
6 Declare the country a Hindu Rashtra.
7. Declare Sanatan a National religion and other religions in the second schedule list. Declare criticism of any religion a serious crime with a ban on the conversion of religion. Abolish all religious boards and establish a common religion control board for India.
8 Abolish recognition and use of any flag other than the Tiranga. and declare it a crime. However, the defence and approved religion flags stipulate that the Tiranga be hosted high alongside the said flag.
9 Declare education mandatory up to a minimum of 16 years.
10 Introduce a common national syllabus for all schools/colleges up to class XII. Irrespective of private, semiprivate, or govt schools, and state/central boards.
11 Apply reservation for the economically weaker section up to a family income of six lac per annum only on the entry level. Minimum 33% reservation for ladies on a castle basis. No reservation in political elections. However, required representation may be filled through nominations.
12 Ensure time-bound justice through the national justice charter.
13 Declare a social security policy for all citizens.
14 Bring all politicians under the jurisdiction of CVC
15 Stop service extension other than the post important with national strategic importance.
16 Abolish Aadhar identification and introduce a codified Indian passport system having all details of the citizen.
17 Expel all illegal foreign immigrants from India.
18 Introduce a medical code fixing the
maximum price for all procedures, consultancy and medicines.
19 Introduce a price control commission to ensure the sale of products up to the maximum sale price, to ensure control on inflation.
20 Introduce a common National Political Conduct Code to stop unethical acts of politicians defaming the country’s image.
